
I’m newish to running.
I’ve been obese all my life. Then, recently, after turning 40 and having kids, something clicked, and I decided to get into shape. In reality, my wife got back into shape, and I happened to be very competitive. And so, I got in shape
In one year, I started intermittent fasting and running daily. I went from a 2XL to a Medium shirt. Down 100 lbs.
My weight has stabilized, and I’m now focused on improving my running speed. My first goal is to run a 5k in under 30 minutes. Then, who knows? Follow along with me on this journey.
I’ll be posting all things interesting related to running and maybe some things not-so-related.
