Under Armour Tech 2.0 Long-Sleeve T-Shirt is the best cold-weather shirt I’ve found so far. I’ve tried probably 6-8 shirts, and this one is the best, hands down. It’s a loose cut, so you’re still comfortable as you’re moving. This is the first year I’ve been running in this shirt, so I haven’t tested it in extreme cold, though I’m not likely running outside in that kind of weather anyway.
